Hi, my friend tienan(ingame name) told me that he cannot login his account since yesterday, he wonder if there is anything wrong with his account, can gm check it for him plz, thanks very much for your time

The account associated with character name "tienan" has never been banned. Please refer your friend to the sticky threads to further troubleshoot his connection issue.
