Unable to reset password!

Hello, I was told that I needed to reset my password since the game keeps telling me that the account has been closed despite not being banned. However, every time I try to reset my password, it keeps telling me that the account has been used recently and that I cannot reset the password. The account has not been successfully used for 4 days now though. Please, I need some help here. Probably GM help.

Can someone at least tell me if a failed login (correct password and such, but saying account was closed) counts as account activity as far as the reset password function is concerned?
