I was playing on the character Justan and I tabbed out for a few seconds to check a message and when I tabbed back over I was disconnected. Now when I try to reconnect it is telling me the account has been banned. I had just run from Desolace to get the flight path in Feralas. I started to the flight path back to Nijel's Point so I could continue to level in Desolace and tabbed out. When I tabbed back over I was disconnected and began getting the message I was banned. I have since tried to log in hours later and it still says the account has been closed and no longer available for use.

An staff member normally responds within the first 24 hours. Can you please give us the exact error message you receive and more information as to when this occurred? There's a security measure that blocks your IP from logging in if you've attempted too many incorrect passwords, the lockout lasts for ≈15 minutes which extends the more you try. Also could you please edit your post and remove your account name since it's a security issue. They're able to check what account the character belongs to.
