Account Limit Reached

Hello everyone! Here's my problem.

We've got four people living in our household, each with their own computer. We've finally talked our fourth roomie into joining us in Nostalrius, but whenever he tries to make an account, it tells him "Account Limit Reached". We've tried using different emails, different computers, it's all the same result. I'm assuming Nostalrius restricts account creation on similar IP's (Like ones in the same household) to prevent dual boxing. How do we get him an account?

Create the extra account on another IP such as at work, school, coffee shop, wireless hotspot, etc...
