when l tried to logg in this day on my charr pantburken (acc name: pantburken) it said that my acc is banned? l dont understand why, me and borther was lvling yesterday and now it says that l/ we are banned :S l just want to play and have fun.

An staff member will respond to you when they come online with information regarding the status of your account. They normally respond within the first 24 hours of thread creation. Keep in mind that there's a security measure that temporarily IP bans an user if too many failed login attempts occurred. It normally lasts for ≈15 minutes but the duration extends if further failed attempts happen. This would explain why both of you were suspended since you're most likely using the same IP.
