Hi.. I was wondering if I could get some help.

I had been trying to connect to the server for 10 minutes ( tried multiple times to log in but I only got " disconnected " every time I tried ).. it then says I've been banned.. would like to know if anybody could help me, please? Would really appreciate help to fasten the time of the ban. (:

One of my characters is named Dremkinz.

Have you tried turning it off and on again ?

You've most likely entered an incorrect password too many times which resulted in you getting temporarily IP banned for a short duration. Further attempts will increase that duration so my suggestion is that you use the password reset feature and create a new password and try again in 24 hours.

P.S: Don't attempt to login during those 24 hours.
