Account Banned - Information Request
Posted: Wed Jul 15, 2015 6:58 amI tried to log onto my character Borfus today and saw a notice that my account had been closed. I wanted to find more information about this ban so I logged onto the Nostalrius website and saw the message "You are banned until July 13th 2015 22:49:51 PM for the following reason: 'bought gold'."
It is July 15, 2015 now and I am still unable to access my account which is weird, but stranger to me is that I was banned for "bought gold". I have not purchased gold on my character. There's no further information on why I've been accused of this, it just reads "bought gold". I was hoping to get clarification and as much detail as I possibly could about this ban preferably in a private message hopefully so I may be able to dispute it.
I was viewing other posts on this forum of people recently being banned for buying gold and each time they state that they haven't bought any gold. I'm wondering if some sort of automated ban wave took place and I might have been a part of it.
