I think people on both sides of this issue don't get it. Those who are overly aggressive and demanding don't really bring anything to the table, but neither do people who outright try to shut people up that have legitimate concerns and constructive criticism. I know this is the internet so getting a fruitful discussion is almost impossible, but I do think it's something that is always worth striving for.

But they need to learn how to keep it contained to one thread. We don't need multiple threads on the first page all saying the same thing. Wading through dozens of topics with some variation of "is server down??!!!?" " i cant conect!!!1" "it wont me logg in plz fix!!!1" spams the forum and delays assistance to those who legitimately need support.

According to Toxicshock, you're a troll if you suggest keeping it to one thread. You're entirely right though. The people in game are bitching because they don't read the forums so its even worse than the complaints on the forums because they have no possible way of receiving information.
