The in-game ticketing system has been modified by the staff. It used to let you pick any category to submit a problem but majority of them were used for bug reports. These categories have since been deprecated in favor of using the Nostalrius
bug tracker. As a consequence, most of the ticket categories no longer work and it simply tells you to go to a website to report a bug. However, the "Stuck" and "Harassment" categories still work.
Just file all player complaints under either one of these and a GM will see it.
