Account Hack !

Hello,
I contact you because my account ( Toguro) was hacké yesterday by a Swedish (you can verify his(her,its) IP), and I cannot unfortunately change the password because to I am told that account was used not long ago.
I contacted a MJ which told me in game(set,play) to wait 10 days, but I told him(her) that if the person connected every day it would be of no use, I could never change the password. He says me to come here for helping.
My IP has I is in France and I always connected so, he is Swedish.
If I cannot get back my account you can delete(eliminate) him(it)? If I cannot take advantage of it, I want that nobody takes advantage of it.

Nostalrius does not recover lost/hacked accounts. The player is responsible for their own accounts security. You'll have to keep trying to use the
password reset service and hope that the hacker logs out for an extended amount of time. Keep in mind that this service was designed to recover accounts whose owner had forgotten their password, not to recover hacked accounts. But this at least gives you a chance.
P.S: If you recover your account, please remember that Nostalrius does not recover lost/deleted characters/items or gold.Viper @ Terms of Use wrote:Please, never share your login information. • Have a complicated password;
• Never share your account details;
• Connect yourself from a safe place;

All right, but why in the game(set,play) we had told me to wait 10 days? He(it) connects every day on the account, thus roughly I could never get back my account?
You can't banned her for 10 days ?

Hello,
I know who is this person because I spoke to him(her) on a forum, but I do not know how she was able to have my password because I also use(get) it on my private e-mail and other things(tricks) for years and I ever had nothing.
The moderator in game(set,play) had told me to wait 10 days, but I cannot always use my e-mail (
[email protected] ) to get back my account. I hope I can have last chance
I am in a dead end.
