Hey there,
i've recently been on a small vacation and when i got back i wasnt able to log into my account.
i got a pop up message said "Your account has been closed. Go to...ect"
My char name is Halinton.
I really hope that you are able to help me with this situation.

Can you login to
https://en.nostalrius.org/ to check the status of your account first? Just to make sure it's not a temporary ban from trying to login to your account too many times without success.

Your account has never been banned. Please read the sticky threads for more information on login and connection problems. If your problems persist, you can also try resetting your account's password.

So I cannot log into my account. When I log in on the site I do not get any messages saying that my account is banned. It just shows the IP that was last logged in from. It says that I logged in yesterday, but I actually didn't play at all yesterday which is very strange. I hope my account didn't get hacked. Can an admin please look into this? If my account is still active and I need to change my password then please tell me how I can do that without having to be in-game.
