[BUG] The Legend of Stalvan

I am sure someone has already posted about this, but it has been going on for a couple days. The goldshire part of the Legend of Stalvan quest in Duskwood, which has you go to the Goldshire Inn and open a chest upstairs is bugged. You right click to open the chest, but you are unable to loot anything. When you attempt to try again, it says that item is already being used. I tried relogging and re-attempted to open the chest, but I got the same result. Many other players are having this same issue.
