I have problem with psychic scream spell on my priest. I have improved psychic scream talent, so it should have 26sec cd, but it still has 30sec cd. I tried to retalent, deleted both DBW and WTF folders, i even downloaded new game client from nostalrius website and disabled all addons, it still has 30sec cd. I checked real cooldown with stopwatch and it is really 30sec, so it is not a tooltip message error. What else I should try to fix this problem? I asked other priests with this talent and it works fine for all of them, so it seems it is just my character bugged somehow, help please.
