The quest "Underbelly Scales" in Lakeshire requires you to gather 6 Underbelly Whelp Scales. However after collecting 4 of them, the quest thinks it is completed, displayes the ? in yellow and shows the quest completion marker on the minimap, but I cannot turn it in. Since the target mobs don't drop the quest item anymore (killed >20 so far without a drop), I cannot complete that quest.
I explicitly checked by bank account for any quest items, but there was none there. I also did not delete any items ever. During the time I accepted that quest I left the area several times for other quest in other areas, if that might have an effect on quest completion.
