Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Character name: Stalk

After fighting Baroness Anastari in Bear Form at Stratholme, my character has become permanently stuck in Bear Form after being Mind Controlled by the boss. The problem is more complex than this however. I do not have the Bear Form aura as a buff but my action bars are stuck in Bear Form. I cannot use any items because the client or server thinks that I am in Bear Form but there is no aura to cancel and recasting Bear Form does not change anything. When I am dead as a ghost my action bars are still in the same state.

For some reason, when I was Mind Controlled my Bear Form aura was cancelled but my character state was such that I was still in Bear Form. For this reason, I cannot shift out of it in any fashion.

Please investigate and help.

OK it seems as if this problem has resolved itself after being offline for about 30 mins or so. Relogging was doing nothing at the time to solve the problem. Maybe, I had to actually log out for 20 seconds for the problem to resolve itself.
