Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I've been trying to loot the Spool of Light Chartreuse Silk Thread and it doesn't work, the loot process finishes and no loot window pops up, so I am unable to finish the quest. Please help ^^

I'm having the same problem. I've tried logging out and back in. Neither of the spools in the shop work.

I'm also having this same problem. Although it must be new or since the last patch because I know my brother completed this quest on his rogue a few months back.

I'am also having this bug. Tried both spools and the casting bar finishes and nothing happens

Having the exact same issue. Tried last night and this morning still same thing. ReloadingUI still gives the error, relogging lets you reloot it but it just does the same error after you attempt.
