Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello GM,

My friend account 'fireworkman' has been closed. Could you please have a check of the reason, and he never did things that break the rules as he told me, he was just changed the password, then can't login anymore. Thank you so much.

btw, he can loggin in official website, and did not say the account has been banned, but can't login in game using the same account name and password.

Why isn't your friend asking himself? If he is banned, it is a matter between Nostalrius' GMs and your friend. Only your friend can explain what he has done (banned or not).

Cuz some of my guild member can't understand or speak English, so they ask me to help them.

So how did he read the Terms of Use?

Did he read the sticky regarding logon problems?

I translated some for them. But this time he just changed his password, then can't login anymore. I tried for him as well, first it said disconnect, then it said account closed. I think maybe he typed the wrong password too many times, so the account get closed.
