Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello GM's!

I was doing the Test of Skulls quest in Winterspring when one of the mobs dropped the pattern for Robe of the Winter Night. http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=14493#wh-comments

The loot was set to Group loot but the roll window never showed up. Instead when I tried to loot the item it continually said "This item is still being rolled for".
Eventually the corpse despawned and nobody was able to loot the item.

I was the only tailor in the group and thus the only one really able to use it, since it's bind on pickup.

Can you restore this item?

I am the orc warrior Kraktul, as seen in the screenshots, and I was present at the time of the event. Looting was set to group loot.

I can confirm that the loot window did not show up and the item did not get distributed before the corpse despawned. Phisk was the only one needing the recipe and should thus receive it should it get restored.
