Water totem quest bug

I didnt read/realize i had to talk to the water spirit and i hearthed and logged out cus i thought i read i had to talk to the npc in ratchet again but then i came back and i couldnt see the spirit anymore since i didnt have the buff to see spirits anymore. Is there any way an Admin could help me with this?

I also tried abandoning the quest to talk to the water spirit hoping that it would give me the quest to kill it and use the pure water + bracers to do the quest again but it wouldnt give me the quest either... What do i do
