The Stone Watcher quest

Once you accept the quest, the guy becomes non-interact-able. ive read people accepted the quest and clicked on him asap and it works. I've tried for 20minutes everything i can think of.
Has anyone had success doing this recently? such good exp and gold to miss out on =(

Having the same issue. Tried the fast clicking solution and it doesn't work. Another bugged chain quest...

the addon "LazyPig" helps a lot with this Stone Watcher problem. you can accept quests with just hold shift key.
just open the quest dialog, mouseover the npc , then accept with shift key and instanly spam right mousebutton. worked for me
