Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi. On the quest called "Call of Earth" i don't get the required liquid to call that big elemental. I just get the quest. I tried asking the troll for the liquid as others said, but it just showed the quest. I tried making a new char, and there still isn't no liquid. Thanks
