Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm at 7000 - 11000 ms latency at all times. My internet connection is working perfectly fine for other games, and my connection speed is 100Mbps. The game is unplayable at this latency, please help

I have the same issue.
I've been running 40-50ms latency since launch, and now all of a sudden i'm getting 4000ms+.
I've tried resetting my router, restarted my computer..

I solved the issue by going into my firewall settings and adding an exception for WoW.

I tried this aswell worked for 1-2 hours then im right back at 4000ms :/
