Supposed to gather 2 items and then return them to "Zardeth of the Black Claw" in mage district, but I am not able to complete the quest even though I have the items.

Also, is there a way to talk to a GM in game?

Abandon the quest, close your game client, delete your WDB folder (make sure there are files inside it first) and then re-take the quest. That should fix your problem.
