[Urgent] Stuck after boat trip (mac)

I am currently stuck in the water with no fatigue meter, and apparently I am falling so I can't HS. This was caused by taking a boat while running wow on Mac.
I've created an in-game ticket but I haven't gotten any response yet.
A teleport would be much appreciated.
