Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Whenever I do anything that involves getting permissions, WoW crashes. This includes things like installing programs (just reformatted, installing several programs and drivers.), using streaming software, opening some programs, etc. Has anyone been having issues with this? Is there a better place that I can report this?
