Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Been running anywhere from 126 to 20k+ latency today, been repatedly frozen and kicked to the login screen, I can barely play and forget grouping, any thoughts? Tried resetting my router and removing all addons but no dice.
