I've been trying to create a new guild on PVP server but the invite envelope in bag won't work and I cannot collect signatures.
It's been like this for 3 days now.
Spent 20 gold just experimenting with issue and relogging many times. Apparently lots of people share the same issues.
Really frustrating. Please help resolve this issue. Thanks.
