transfer characters

I did all the items to transfer characters on Elysium when entering the token says he is already in use at the new account no changes it just empty I had 2 character 1 on PvE 2 on PvP realms no possible administration help with the problem and accomplish your goal in private messages.

Your account must not have characters on Nostalrius PvP for the transfer to work. WTF 0o
Your transfer was successful!
However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!
Help me :0

Слушай у тебя какая проблема такая же как у меня я при трансфере совего акаунта с носта на элизиум потереял персонажий

Вот не знаю куда писать чтобы мне востоновили персонажий если найдешь напиши мне как сделать это
