Trainer ate my Gold

So i was going to train my skills and I had 10 skills to buy with my 11gold at 1g a piece. I bought moonfire, starfire, then encountered some lag (and clicked a buncha times outta frustration) then i had 83s left with 8 skills left to train. Help?

Soooo no answer in game for the 3 tickets ive submitted and i havent gotten an answer on here. Is this the proper way to get help?

Well of course im mad, but i guess im just gonna have to accept that no one in charge of this server gives a shit when there's a glitch and a player loses 10g. Whatever though, its just another nail in the coffin of my playing experience.
