Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello! I clicked the change servers button out of curiosity and clicked 'Test Realm' and it immediatly disconnected me, now everytime i try to log it it disconnects me without even getting to the character screen. please help i dont know how to fix this
