hi the problem is as it follows i sold a mace on the ah for 2g or for 3g cant remember the message appear i got a mail but i didint went to pick it up. today no mail no gold no mace is this a known bug or an isolated case?

I just had the same problem. Auction sold, server crash, going to pick it up (still mail icon) but nothing to pick up.
(Don't know if server crash is related to this issue)

Pretty annoying..
