Hello Admins my Brother want transfer character Rogue 28 lvl from own account to my account for my birthday he have 60 warlock and i dont want starting from 0 that is why he give me present for my birthday

Although it doesn't specifically call out character transfers between accounts, it sounds like this might fall under Account Trading near the bottom, which is forbidden.
