well i was under the world and falling after wsg ended then i died and was alive at TM graveyard.

Can't find the thread, but I recall a GM saying "Request a GM / "?" => Stuck => Page a GM" goes directly to the GMs as a ticket. No citations or anything about it being any different from the normal tickets, but it's worth a shot.
