Battle of Warsong Gulch - Giving xp after 1st time?

Hello everyone I encountered something a little shocking, after turning in my second WSG triple mark quest. I was rewarded with 725 xp points. Jumping over 10% a level from 25% to 35%. I am a level 10 twink, and I was shocked to see xp again after the first big turn in boost. I would be upset if I was closer to leveling and that pushed me over. Really don't want to try for a third time facing another 10% xp gain and moving closer to leveling. Has anyone noticed the same thing occurring? Looking for insight on the subject afaik it is not supposed to be that way. Unless you could "level" through pvp only in a sense I guess.

Why would you bother being a level 10 twink? The pvp bracket is 10-19 etc. Just level to 19.

Because maybe I like to start buttering my toast from the middle and not the sides plebeian.
