Help picking a class to twink at 19

Can I have some advice / insight on what classes are most fun to twink for level 19 pvp? (hoping to play alliance)

Hunters are by far the most fun to play because they are ridiculously overpowered compared to everything but healers (which aren't that fun to play though, except maybe shamans but since you're going for alliance ... )

The second most fun I'd say are warriors, but even they are so much weaker than hunters that it's often frustrating. (I have both a maxed warrior and hunter)

Rogues are very popular twinks but in my opinion extremely overrated. Having no slow sucks. Imagine being kited around by a level 10 mage as a maxed rogue twink without anything you can do - no fun.

Druids can be situationally fun I guess as flag carriers because they are nearly immortal with ~2k hp and shapeshift cc removal, but otherwise not so much.

Save yourself the pain and go for 29 instead, it's a lot less money-intensive and also much more fun.

19 is pretty much go hunter or go home.

By the way, kinda off topic but since there's lots of experienced twinkers in this thread: any of you know which patch removed the level requirements for quests in chains? (like so one could get stuff like Glacial Stone, Bow of Plunder for 19s, stranglethorn gun/bow for 29s etc.) Quite certain it was in vanilla from google research but can't pinpoint it exactly.
