Turtle in AV

Turtle in AV

Hey guys, ive been doing alot of AV's lately, and in most of the bg's the allie team were turtling (im a ally my self). I asked several times why they do it, and what do they get out of it, but no one actually answer me when asking. Im not saying they shouldnt, or that their "stupid" or anything, but i cant see the reason for making almost every AV a turtle, just because you're able to do it. If any one could please explain me why, so i might had some more understanding with it, i would be greatefull :-)

Its a very good and quite fun way to farm gold. You can earn 40 silver for looting an enemy player and turning in the body parts. The rep gain is also good since you get 1rep for each HK + everyone in team gets rep for 1 guy in raid turning in things. I could earn 700 rep in 45 minutes of turtling.
Was good to have you all

I just got out of a ten hour AV, where we had drek at 3% and got pushed completely out of horde territory, and then lost four hours later. I have no words just disappointment emotes. =/

Its faster rep gain for alliance too, cus Horde constantly retardo herpo de derpo on the bridge, so every minute, Alliance can earn 20-40 rep from Horde being killed. Easy day, easy honor.

Ontop of that, yeah, 20-40s for bounty hunter body parts of slain horde.
