Player Using Ice Shield as a Glitch

Hello, today I was farming in Lost Rigger Cove in Tanaris at around 7:45pm GMT. I also came across some allies in the area and decided to kill them. A specific mage, name Zwox, was using Ice Shield to somehow log out and then log into his level 60 in less than a minute..Killed me twice and used this ice shield glitch 3 times. A, it was bad enough that i was fighting them 4v1 as a lvl 52 vs 42-47-45-41..But then once i got down to the 45, Zwox, he would just do what I listed above. I don't have any video evidence of this but I do have a couple SS's. Wondering if this is even the right place to post this?
