Lots of inaccuracies floating about here. The biggest being that we "cared about pvp on this server". 30-60 minute queue times and dodging early on made a lot of our pvp core (the few that did show up) quit or start raid logging after 1 or 2 MC clears.

Hardly ever had a "full grizzly made" because the few times it happened people just stopped queueing all together or they just stopped getting into our games somehow. Ridin Dirty and NOPE included. I'm sure we dodged them at some point too, don't get me wrong, but acting like you knew the score when you weren't even 60 when our old core was premming gives me the idea you're just looking for a guild to blame for the sorry state of PvP on this server.

Only times I had fun pvping on this server was when Ridin Dirty attempted to snipe us when we were entering into MC and when we were roleplaying Helms Deep in BRM with Exiled "THIS WOULDN'T FUCKIN HAPPEN IF YOU DIDN'T STREAM". Also our Ironforge siege going away party was pretty great, wish I had footage of that.

Disappointed you felt that way about grizzly, but everyone's entitled to their opinions. See you around the next game in any case

I am actually a pretty competitive person, but I don't know what it is, but Arenas and later expansions killed the PvP feeling for me. I guess I just prefer the randomness, excitement, as well as the people and guilds you get to know from PvPing in vanilla.

The PvP Rank grind was never meant to be a fun experience or what made Vanilla PvP good. IT was AFTER you got the items, take a break from the game after being burned out, then coming back with your awesome gear and doing casual bgs or lots of world PvP. That was the fun part, as well as the feeling of accomplishment. That's why people do it.

If you raided, HWL gear got obsolete. Fast.

It was not fun period. You felt accomplished, but even now I'll never set foot in a BG or in "that" building ever again.
