i think it was just an honest unawareness, why would he have seen all the 19 ally hunters in bgs when hes 29, maybe there are less at 29, the 19s queues are instant so doubt the twinks stand around afk in the bg rooms free to be part of someone outside the 19s bracket to make statistics about the 19s, this thread was about 19s so why does one persons 29bracket experience matter
