war treatsies and protocols are written by the victors. because ultimately they won, so they decide the rules. our current world is an example of this. in total war, pieces of paper and non-corporeal abstract ideas of law/debt do not matter. again, jungle law trumps all. If you think legal documents and laws have a practical value in total war.... you need big wake up slap in face....

what it comes down to, is you are making a ruleset in your head and getting mad when others violate it. It's not the games engine rules. its yours.

In wsg, the game ends when one team flag capture value reaches 3. thats it.

in a duel if you use pots/consumeable/engineering, is that cheating? all that counts is who's HP get's to 1 first.

You aren't injecting code into the game, you aren't deliberately causing lag. all you are doing is jumping to a piece of terrain that is 100% walkable on. thats it. Mechanically, you are just jumping from one walkable piece of terrain, over a non-walkable terrain, and onto another piece of walkable terrain. If you land on the non-walkable part, the game's physics take care of it and you slide off.

What about a gnome female with noggen fogger/world enlarge being able to walk where 99% of people cant? is that cheating too?
