Optimized strategies have been known for each side for years now. It's just a matter of communication and telling new players the strategy. I honestly don't think either side has an advantage in AV, considering both sides know 'shortcuts'. Overall, I would rather have Alliance on AV since we get to our choke point (IBGY) first and have a better place to defend from for ours (bridge).

Backdoor is cheese, but so is the bridge in the current version of AV.

As Horde, I'd trade the backdoor in exchange for making all NPCs (except guards) non-agro.

In addition:

Reduce the respawn rate on land mines
If you own an enemy graveyard, the opposing faction Lieutenant/Commander no longer spawns there

I think that would be enough

Alliance is like free rep as well. Galv dies first thing. If you're horde and Balinda dies it means you lost.
