i see where ur coming from, hunters and warlocks definitely have a high skill floor (less effort to be effective/compete) but also have a high skill caps. Rogues have an average skill floor imo but probably the highest skill cap of all classes. priests are pretty average skill floor again with a decent skill cap, unless you mean shadow priest which their skill floor is pretty fkin high and skill cap is meh average id say.
