Whipper root tuber bugged?

cant seem to eat it with a separate cooldown from potion now, has to be either potion or tuber

Same going for Night Dragon's Breath, whenever I try to use it from my keybind nothing happens, sometimes when I try to use it directly from my bags it works, but usually not. Really weird stuff.

Yeah, macros with consumables/use items tend to not work

Night Dragon's Breath seems to be bugged in this fashion as well. Sometimes if you're missing mana, but no health, it wont work, however sometimes it works, with no change in situation.
