How is alliance ranking on this server?

I was curious as to how hard it is to rank up as alliance, Basic enlisted ranks, officer ranks, and "flag officer ranks" is it as impossible as vanilla retail? I understand you have to have massive dedication to get HWL or GM but just curious about the other stages.

Well up to rank 10 is doable playing casually ie: playing a few hours every day and starting at r6 not gaining a new rank every week I'm talking on average 150k-200k honor a week even r11 is probably reachable but after that you would be competing with China account sharers who avg 800k-1 million honor a week. So if your casual and got time aim for r11 as a goal get your blue epic set and you will still kick ass. Also this is coming from a pug aspect if you find an ally pre-made you can easily hit r10 in decent time.
