accuracy in pvp

1) do it need for pvp?
2) if 1) is true then how many accuracy need for 100% hit by abilities?

in wotlk and then need 5% cap for 100% hit in pvp by abilities. So here i dont see any characteristics for accuracy

Yes 5% is still the soft hitcap for pvp (for special attack = yellow). If I'm not mistaken, there will still be a miniscule chance to miss even you have 5% hit.

Defense inceases the chance for enemies to miss you, so never hurts to have 6%, since some will have defense on their gear.
