I've done everything to try and get the attention of the GMS/DEVELOPERS I don't understand why they just spit on us.

GMs do not fix bugs. IsVV team has to confirm a bug before it moves to the developers. The IsVV team is currently recruiting if you have the time and knowledge to help them out. Posting more evidence on the Bug Tracker reports that are light on it will help too.

As for suspicious player behaviour, like account sharing or being AFK inside a battleground, please use the in-game ticketing system to report them. Especially for the AFK players who we must catch in the act - it is useless to make a ticket with a list of 20 names and the line "they have been AFK all day long". The GM team is also looking for new members if you are serious about wanting to improve things.
