Or just pummel the fake cast and it will interrupt the heal after.

reroll lock or spriest spam dots and just run around making it impossible for that pesky melees to hit you
also pick undead for easy wins, and your "I-win" buttons, etc. You will hear a lot about these so called paladins and their annoying buffs but don't worry my friend the many shamans on your team will be spam purging everybody all the time, even that stupid little bubble they put on their friends that stops only melee damage will be insta-purged anyways so do not fret.

Follow this guide and you will be bored waiting for 30 min ques to steamroll afk opponents in no time. Hope this helps.
