Fully resisting Holy spells looks pretty normal to me, since Holy spells can still Miss, which are shown as full resists.

Do you have a screenshot of a player partially resisting a Holy spell on Nostalrius though? Cause I don't think it never happened to me, but I could be wrong!

I don't have a screenshot, but I can vouch that I've had partial resists in MC on my Paladin. That's why I play on my War now.
