It's absolutely hopeless for me and most melee guys I've talked to, to kill 1v1, and they seem to deal fairly with casters as well having silence. Is it very gear-dependent?

rogues will always win with cds if theyre good, warriors not so much, but then again warriors are mushrooms without healers/dispellers

Someone said: "Get 3,5k hp unbuffed and you become unkillable". I think that's the line of gear dependency when it comes to spriests. But they do well even with lower gear 1v1 considering that their combat consists of throwing pain, mind blast and running/derping (I mean using utilities *cough*) until MB is off cd.

All healers are less gear dependant since as long as they stay out of trouble and heal, they doing job.

Soul link warlock is strong even without uber gear due to strong mitigation and void shield. I killed quite a few epic geared chars before even hitting 60.

Also rogue since they can stunlock and some of their attacks arent dependant on gear.
