We do not want to run around all over winterspring killing you alliance honestly.... just join the god damn BGs and you can quest in peace.
Seriously start joining Bgs or it's gonna get a lot worse.

The guy wants Alliance to join the 59 bracket; well I am just informing him that AV is coming and we will be going into the bracket as soon as we hit that lvl.
